Alternative submission methods

The statutes require us to offer at least two methods. In addition to this online form, you may also submit a request by:

  • Email: mark@tryplotcipher.com with subject “Privacy Request — [state] — [type]”;
  • Postal mail to Plot Cipher LLC, Attn: Privacy, 5900 Balcones Drive Ste 100, Austin, Texas 78731.

Authorized agents

You may designate an agent to make a request on your behalf. Agents must provide written authorization signed by you (or, for California consumers, a power of attorney under Probate Code §§4000-4465). We may also require you to verify your identity with us directly or directly confirm the agent has permission.

Property owner data requests

If you are a property owner whose name appears in PlotCipher (sourced from county appraisal-district records) and you want it removed or corrected, please submit an access/correction/deletion request above. Include the parcel account number and the basis for your request. We will evaluate consistent with applicable public-records and state-privacy law.
